Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Berwyn Stays, we hope you enjoy your stay. Please find below the terms and conditions applicable for staying at our site.
Your agreement is with Berwyn Stays Limited (Berwyn Stays) and its owners and references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' in these terms and conditions are to Berwyn Stays and its owners. References to 'you' in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party.
Fees are as advertised at the time of booking on our online booking system.
Your booking is not secure until your deposit or full payment has been received, and a confirmatory email sent.
Arrival is from 2pm onwards and we ask that you vacate the property by 11am on your day of departure. We will do our best, where possible, to accommodate earlier arrivals or later departures depending on booking volumes, please ask in advance if you need alternate times.
Berwyn Stays is dog friendly. Please ensure you pick up after your dog and always keep it under close control.
The property is surrounded by wild & farm animals therefore we ask that dogs are monitored at all times, and on lead when taken for walks. If left unattended while on site please leave in the dog garden. We cannot accept any liability for missing or injured pets.
Unless previously agreed, we do not allow the use of drones or other radio-controlled devices or the use of decorative outside lighting without prior agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct we consider is detrimental to us, our site or our other visitors.
We are a county/wooded site with lots of natural beauty around, we ask guests to take care while using the facilities will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however, caused, to your property or vehicles or any injury to you, pets or your visitors.
Cancellation Policy
We advise that you take out insurance to ensure that, should you need to change or cancel your holiday, you can recover the associated costs from your insurance provider
By making a booking and/or paying your deposit you signify your agreement with our refund policy. The cancellation charges are expressed as a percentage of the full price of each cancelled or changed holiday
More than 28 days – full refund
Less than 28 days, a refund may be issued minus one full night booking fee to cover administration and transactional costs.
One day before. On or After the intended arrival date, no refunds will be made. Similarly, no credit or refund is available for any unused services provided in the cost of your holiday e.g. if you choose to depart early.
Our description of our site is offered for informational purposes only. We shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via this site and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
Access to our hot tub is on a raise area within woodland, we advise visitors to use with care, including the steep steps, we will not be held responsible for any injuries in using this facility and advise guests to take care when consuming alcohol.
We advise guests with EV's and/or hybrid cars to use local charging facilities in Llangollen. Our facilities cannot be used for charging cars and could cause power disruptions. .Guests found charging cars will be asked to disconnect and pay a fee of £60 regardless of time plugged in.
We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment.
